賴悅顏 is the grandson of person/Lai-Ho-賴和 (Lai Ho, 1894-1943), known as the “Father of Taiwanese New Literature.” He founded the organization/Lai-Ho-Cultural-and-Educational-Foundation to preserve and promote his grandfather’s literary legacy and Taiwanese cultural heritage.
Lai Ho served as the literary editor of the publication/Taiwan-Minpao-臺灣民報, the leading Taiwanese-language newspaper of the colonial era, and authored numerous works that defined modern Taiwanese literature.
