Evergreen Fellowship (長青團契)

Overview

The Evergreen Fellowship (長青團契) was an elder fellowship group within the organization/Formosan-Presbyterian-Church-Los-Angeles-FPCLA (Formosa Presbyterian Church, Los Angeles). It provided spiritual community and fellowship for senior members of the congregation.

History

The 長青團契 was an important part of FPCLA’s community life, providing:

  • Regular fellowship meetings for senior congregation members
  • Spiritual guidance and prayer groups
  • Community service opportunities
  • Social activities for the elderly Taiwanese American population

According to historical records, 葉思雅 (Sze-ya Yeh) was a leader of the Evergreen Fellowship and co-founder of organization/TARSA-Southern-California (Taiwanese American Republican Scholars Association) after her 2009 resignation from NATMA.
